Withdrawal Period

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to contact us in case of a problem.

Cases Covered by Our Policy

We accept refund or exchange requests in the following situations:

Defective or damaged product upon receipt
Product does not match the description on our website
Error in the order on our part, such as the wrong item or wrong size
Package lost or not delivered within the announced timeframe

How to Start a Request

For any request, contact our customer service within 30 days of receipt:

Attach photos of the product if it is damaged

Our team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours.

Return Procedure

If a physical return is necessary, we will provide you with the return address by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, within 14 days after your request has been approved.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cases Not Covered

Products returned after 30 days without prior approval
Products that have been used, washed, or modified
Products returned without their original packaging
Error in the delivery address provided by the customer

Lost Orders

If your order is declared lost by the carrier or if no tracking update is available after 30 business days, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement, according to your preference.
